Our tribute to her is our own special blend of prime ground chuck, tender short ribs, and lean round. The result is an extraordinary product that is high in flavor, tenderness, and exceptional richness, known as Bettie Ann's Ground Beef. This blend, paired with the fact that all of our beef is dry aged before it goes into the grind, presents a rich, beefy ground that you simply cannot beat!
